130th anniversary of Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Gotha
In April 2025, Gotha Housing Association (Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Gotha) celebrated the 130th anniversary of its establishment in 1895. On 29th April 2025, it invited one hundred VIP guests to attend a reception at the German Insurance Museum in Gotha. And on 17th June 2025, one thousand guests were invited to celebrate the anniversary at a gala event held in the picturesque inner courtyard of Friedenstein Castle (Schloss Friedenstein) in Gotha.
We organised every aspect of these two events on behalf of our regular client. Among the services we supplied were the following:
- Renting, preparing, furnishing and decorating the event locations
- Planning and booking the full programme of artistic entertainment
- Organising the event catering
- Guest management, security, and staffing
- Scripting and organising all facets of the event
